We appreciate the opportunity to serve you, and your satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a 30 days money-back guarantee for all the products purchased from aosu’s official website.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@aosulife.com with your order number.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of payment completion. We'll do our best to assist you. Once an order is shipped out, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.
Returns
For any aosu purchases, if you change your mind about the product for any reason, you have the right to get your money back within 30 days after receiving the product.
All returns must subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items must retain the box, packaging, and all contentsin the original purchase condition - unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. This condition can be relaxed for quality reasons.
- Items must be returned to our warehouse(please email us on support@aosulife.com first to confirm the exact warehouse), and we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
- If you purchased the products from other authorized retailers rather than aosu's official website, please contact the retailers for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, the refund process will begin, and we will send an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your refund request is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
In what situations will your refund be rejected?
- Return without the permission of aosu.
- Return with non-prepaid freight.
- The returned product is wrong, or some accessories are missing from the box.
After approval of a refund, if you have not received the refund after a 2-week waiting period, check your order status and bank account again, then contact us via email.
