aosuProtect+ is a cloud storage subscription service from aosu. It lets you upload videos recorded by your cameras to secure cloud servers, so you can access, view, and download them anytime through the aosu app.

You need to have an aosu device and link it to your aosu account via the aosu app to get started with aosuProtect+.

aosuProtect+ provides 24/7 monitoring, but it doesn’t record continuously. The system uses smart detection, so recording only starts when the camera detects motion from a person or object in front of it.

The length of time footage is stored depends on the aosuProtect+ plan you subscribe to. We offer two options: 14-day event loop recording and 30-day event loop recording. These plans allow you to store recordings for up to 14 or 30 days, respectively.

To subscribe to aosuProtect+, first link your camera or doorbell to your aosu account. Then, open the aosu app, tap the "Cloud " button at the bottom, go to aosuProtect+, choose the plan that suits you, and complete the subscription using PayPal or a credit card.

When you successfully subscribe to aosuProtect+, we offer a 30-day free trial at the start of your subscription. After the 30-day trial ends, you’ll be charged and your subscription will begin. Of course, all subscriptions require your authorization and payment details, including PayPal or credit card information.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, the next billing cycle will not be charged, but your current subscription will remain active until it expires. To cancel, go to the aosuProtect+ store page, tap "My Subscription, " select the plan you want to cancel, and click "Cancel. "

No, videos are not automatically deleted just because your subscription expires. The deletion of videos depends on the type of aosuProtect+ plan you have. Videos on the 14-day event plan will be deleted after 14 days, and videos on the 30-day event plan will be deleted after 30 days. So, be sure to download and save any important footage in time.

aosuProtect+ is a subscription service, and it comes with both monthly and yearly plans. The monthly plan charges you every month, while the yearly plan charges you annually. It’s not a one-time purchase service.
